We’ve worked across some of the world’s most respected FMCG, luxury, and lifestyle brands — from Moët Hennessy, Coca-Cola and QT Hotels to household names like Foxtel, I Quit Sugar, and Diageo — and we’ve also had the privilege of supporting thoughtful founder-led brands like Farmer Jo, Circa, Pure Pops, Loco Love, and Locavore.

After experiencing burnout firsthand, we set out to build a consultancy that flips the script: one that helps good brands grow well — without the overwhelm.

    With experience leading digital for Moët Hennessy Australia, QT Hotels, and Vodafone UK — and guiding founder-led brands like Locavore, Pure Pops and Circa — she knows how to make tech feel human, strategic, and sustainable.

    She also teaches at General Assembly, the Australian Marketing Institute, and Social Media College — so you’re in calm, capable hands.

    Katie is the strategic mind behind the calm. With a background in agencies like Leo Burnett and brand roles at Foxtel, Diageo, Coca-Cola, and I Quit Sugar, she brings a rare blend of intuition and structure — making the messy middle of growth feel clear and focused.

    Through Sustainable Growth Co. and her own consultancy, Katie has worked closely with founder-led brands like Farmer Jo, Single O, and Loco Love, helping them reconnect with what matters and move forward with clarity and confidence.
